动态姿势平衡仪训练儿童小脑出血后重度平衡功能障碍1例报道

Smart Equitest Balance Master Training for Severe Balance Disorder Caused by Cerebellar Hemorrhage in Children: A Case Report

摘要: 目的探讨动态姿势平衡仪对小脑出血后共济失调患者进行康复干预的实效性。方法对1例小脑出血后平衡功能障碍的10岁男孩采用动态姿势平衡仪进行评估及训练。结果经过22周的平衡训练,动态姿势平衡仪评估与相关量表评估显示平衡功能显著改善,步态、姿势控制和日常生活自理能力逐渐提高,构音障碍明显改善,患儿可以返回学校继续学习。结论动态姿势平衡仪能够改善儿童小脑损伤后共济失调所致平衡障碍,有效提高运动功能及日常生活自理能力。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the effects and feasibility of Smart Equitest Balance Master training for severe balance disorder caused by cerebellar hemorrhage in children. MethodsA 10-year-old boy with severe ataxia caused by cerebellar hemorrhage were trained with Smart Equitest Balance Master. He was assessed with Smart Equitest Balance Master, Modified Barthel Index and Berg Balance Scale. ResultsAfter 22 weeks of balance training, he improved in equilibrium, gait, posture control, activity of daily living, dysarthria, and return to school to continue his study. ConclusionSmart Equitest Balance Master training can significantly improve balance function,motor function and activities of daily living after cerebellar hemorrhage.
