摘要: "基质金属蛋白-2(MMP-2)是MMP 家族中的一员,可降解细胞外基质。在脑缺血早期,MMP-2 可通过破坏内皮细胞紧密连接和基底膜,使血脑屏障开放;脑缺血后期,MMP-2 则能促进神经血管再生,有利于损伤脑组织的修复。""脑出血是常见病,病死率与致残率均较高。本文主要讨论磁共振弥散张量成像技术对脑出血的临床应用价值研究,以及它的局限性及前景展望。"

Abstract: Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), which is a member of MMP family, can degrade extracellular matrix. During the early stage of cerebral ischemia, MMP-2 degrades endothelial tight junction and basal lamina resulting in the opening of blood-brain barrier. During the late stage, MMP-2 promotes neurovascular regeneration and the recovery of the damaged brain tissue.
