摘要： 本文从缺血性脑卒中后认知障碍的流行病学、发病机制以及影像学指导下病灶与认知障碍之间的相关分析等方面进行综述。

Abstract: This paper reviewed the epidemiology, pathogenesis of post-ischemic-stroke cognitive impairment and the correlation analysis between the lesion and cognitive impairment under imaging guidance.
