不同脑区突触体内单胺类递质水平与惊厥发作和症状严重程度的相关性研究

Relationship between Level of Synaptic Monoamine Transmitters and Epilepsy and its Severity

摘要: 目的探讨单胺类递质与惊厥发作敏感性及与惊厥症状严重程度之间的关系。方法采用腹腔注射硫代氨基脲建立Wistar 大鼠癫痫模型,应用荧光分光光度法测定大脑皮层、海马、纹状体中5-羟色胺(5-HT)、多巴胺(DA)和去甲肾上腺素(NE)的含量。结果惊厥症状严重程度与3 个脑区的5-HT 含量、海马区NE 水平呈良好负相关(P<0.05~0.01);5-HT 含量在惊厥发作各组中均明显下降(P<0.01),DA 含量仅在纹状体中有明显下降(P<0.01);NE 含量仅在海马区有明显下降(P<0.01)。结论不同部位的神经递质与惊厥发作严重程度密切相关,惊厥敏感性取决于所在脑区特定的单胺类递质含量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the relationship between the level of synaptic monoamine transmitters and epilepsy and its severity.Methods The models of seizure were made with intraperiloneal injection. The concentrations of serotonin (5-HT), dopamine (DA), and norepinephrine (NE) in palium(Pal), hippocampus (Hip) and corpus and striatum (Str) were determined with flurospectrophotometry. Results The severity of epilepsy was negatively correlated with the level of 5-HT in all three regions (P<0.05) with that of NE in Hip (P<0.01). The level of 5-HT of three seizure groups dropped significantly, the level of DA dropped significantly only in Str (P<0.01), and the level of NE dropped significantly only in Hip (P<0.01). Conclusion Monoamine transmitters in different regions closely affect the severity and sensitivity of epilepsy depends on the level of special transmitters in different brain regions.
