摘要： 通过需求分析与架构设计，结构开发与功能实现了一套基于Web 的数据库管理与统计监测系统，该系统具有实时数据录入、修改、上报、打印、查询、统计和权限分级用户管理等功能。

Abstract: An advanced web-based database management and statistic monitoring system had been developed by system requirement analysis and framework design. The system which has implemented the related functions, such as data input, modification, upload, printing,recall, statistic, user administration and etc.
