摘要: 目的探讨家庭-社区-医院康复管理模式对社区精神分裂症患者康复的效果。方法将110 例社区精神分裂症患者分为对照组(n=60)和训练组(n=50)。对照组患者每月随访1 次;训练组患者参加家庭-社区-医院康复。用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)、自尊量表(SES)在入组前及训练结束后对两组患者同步测定并比较;用自设问卷,于入组前和训练结束后对两组患者服药依从性、药物管理形式同步评定并比较。结果入组前两组患者SDSS、幸福感、自尊程度、服药依从性、药物管理形式无差异(P>0.05),训练结束后训练组以上各项指标明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭-社区-医院康复管理模式能明显改善精神分裂症患者的社会功能,提高他们的总体幸福感和自尊心,同时也能提高服药依从性和药物自我管理能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the rehabilitation role of family-community-hospital rehabilitation management for communityschizophrenics. Methods 110 schizophrenic patients were divided into the control group (n=60) and the training group (n=50). The controlgroup were followed up once a month, while the training group participated in the family-community-hospital rehabilitation care. They wereassessed with Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS), General Well-Being Schedule (GWB), Self-Esteem Scale (SES) before and afterthe treatment, as well as the compliance and management of medcine questionnaire. Results No significant difference was found betweenthese groups with SDSS, happiness, self-esteem, compliance and management of medcine before the training(P>0.05), but were significantlyhigher in the training group(P<0.01). Conclusion Family-community-hospital rehabilitation management can significantly improvethe social function, the happiness, the self-esteem, the medication compliance and self-management of schizophrenia patients.
