康复训练对脑梗死大鼠认知功能、海马内突触素和神经颗粒素表达的影响

Effects of Rehabilitation on Cognition, Synaptophysin and Neurogranin in Rats with Cerebral Infarction

摘要: 目的观察康复训练对脑梗死大鼠认知功能、突触素以及颗粒素表达的影响。方法48 只脑梗死Wistar 成年雄性大鼠随机分成模型组和康复组各24 只,康复组于术后5 d 开始康复训练,分别在术后15 d、25 d、35 d 进行认知功能及突触素(Syn)和神经颗粒素(Ng)阳性表达观察。结果康复组神经功能评分、各项运动能力评分、Y-迷宫测定、Syn 和Ng 阳性表达均优于模型组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练可通过增加突触素和神经颗粒素表达,改善脑梗死大鼠的神经功能、运动功能和认知功能。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation on cognitive function, expression of synaptophysin and neurogranin in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods 48 male Wistar adult rats with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into model group and rehabilitation group, 24 rats in each group. The rehabilitation group received rehabilitation training from the 5th day after modeling. The cognitive ability and the expression of the synaptophysin and neurogranin were observed on the 15th day, 25th day and 35th day after modeling.Results The scores of neural function, motor ability, Y-maze test, and the expression of the synaptophysin and neurogranin were better in the rehabilitation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation training can improve the neurological function, motor ability and cognitive ability of rats with cerebral infarction by increasing the positive expression of synaptophysin and neurogranin.
