鼠神经生长因子对腰椎间盘突出患者术后神经恢复的作用

Effect of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor on Neural Function of Patients after Operation for Protrusion of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

摘要: 目的观察鼠神经生长因子对腰椎间盘突出术后患者的临床疗效。方法60 例腰椎间盘突出患者,分为治疗组30 例和对照组30 例。两组均采用后路椎板切除减压髓核摘除椎弓根螺钉内固定术常规治疗。治疗组加用鼠神经生长因子注射液。两组疗程均为30 d。两组均在治疗前后分别记录症状及体征,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行评定,检测治疗前后胫后神经及腓总神经传导速度及主要肌群肌电图。结果治疗组VAS 评分优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组痊愈+显效率76.7%,高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.05);治疗组各神经传导速度及主要肌群动作电位恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子可改善腰椎间盘突出术后患者的疼痛及神经功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor on protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc (LDP) treated with operation. Methods 60 cases with LDP received posterior lamina resection nucleus pulposus decompression excise pedicle screws fixation, in which 30 cases (the treatment group) accepted mouse nerve growth factor for 30 d. Their symptoms and signs, visual analogue score (VAS) for pain, and the electromyogram were recorded before and after treatment. Results The VAS in the treatment group improved more than in control group (P<0.05). the incidence of cure and improvement (76.7%) was higher than in the control group (50.0%)(P<0.05). The nerve conduction velocity and action potential of main muscle group also improved more in the treatment group (P<0.05).Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor can improve the recovery of pain as well as the neural function in patients after operation for LDP.
