增强型体外反搏对糖尿病性视网膜病变的治疗效果

Effects of Enhanced External Counterpulsation on Diabetic Retinopathy

摘要: 目的观察增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效。方法369 例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者分别进行增强型体外反搏联合药物治疗(A组,n=179)或单纯药物治疗(B 组,n=190)。治疗行视力、眼底荧光造影、血流动力学等检查。结果A组患者经治疗后,视力、眼底、血流动力学等指标改善(P<0.05),总有效率高于B 组(P<0.05)。结论增强型体外反搏治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) on diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 179 patients who accepted EECP combined with medication were as group A and the other 190 patients who accepted medication only were as group B. Their visual acuity, fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical hemodynamics were compared. Results There was significant improvement in group A with visual acuity, FFA and optical hemodynamics (P<0.05), and the incidence of improvement was more in group A than in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion EECP is effective on diabetic retinopathy.
