电针结合现代康复技术对脑梗死运动功能恢复的影响

Effects of Electroacupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation on Motor Function in Cerebral Infarction Patients

摘要: 目的观察电针结合现代康复技术对脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将105 例脑梗死患者分为3 组:综合康复组(n=35)行常规康复治疗加电针疗法;普通康复组(n=35)行单纯康复治疗;对照组(n=35)无任何康复治疗。治疗时间:每天1次,10 次为1 个疗程,3 个疗程后采用Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定法进行评定。结果综合康复组和普通康复组运动功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且综合康复组的运动功能评分高于普通康复组(P<0.05)。结论电针结合现代康复技术能够有效改善脑梗死患者
的运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture combined with rehabilitation technology on the recovery of motor function in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 105 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into 3 groups with 35 cases in each group. The comprehensive rehabilitation group received routine rehabilitation and electroacupuncture therapy, the general rehabilitation group only received routine rehabilitation, the control group received no intervention. They were treated once a day, 10 times as a course.Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) was used to assess the motor function after 3 courses. Results The scores of FMA were higher in both rehabilitation groups than in the control group (P<0.05), and it was higher in the comprehensive group than in the general group (P<0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation technology could facilitate to recover motor function in patients with cerebral infarction.
