摘要: 运动能够减缓阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发病和进展,突触可塑性可能是AD学习和记忆功能障碍的神经生物学基础,也是运动防治AD的细胞机制。本文就运动对AD的防治作用、AD突触可塑性的改变及运动对突触可塑性的影响进行综述。

Abstract: Exercise can improve cognitive performance in Alzheimer's disease (AD), which may involve in synaptic plasticity. This paper reviewed the benefit of exercise on AD, the synaptic plasticity in AD, and the effects of exercise on synaptic plasticity.
