摘要: N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸(NMDA)受体是一种离子型谷氨酸受体,与突触可塑性、皮质和海马神经元长时程增强和抑制效应等中枢神经系统的生理、病理过程相关。本文就近年来NMDA受体在脑缺血中所起作用的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors are a group of ionotropic glutamate receptors, which are in close contact with the synaptic plasticity, long-term potentiation (LTP) and long-term depression (LTD) in the cerebral cortex or the hippocampus. This article reviewed the recent development in this field.
