莫诺苷对二磷酸腺苷诱导兔血小板聚集后血栓素B2的影响

Effects of Morroniside on Inhibiting Thromboxane B2 after Platelet Aggregation Induced by Adenosine Diphosphate in Rabbits

摘要: 目的观察莫诺苷对二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导兔血小板聚集后血栓素(TX)B2含量的影响。方法利用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法(ELISA)试剂盒,检测不同条件下ADP 诱导血小板聚集后TXB2的含量。结果与对照组相比,莫诺苷能显著抑制由ADP 诱导兔血小板聚集后TXB2的升高(P<0.001)。结论莫诺苷可以不同程度抑制ADP 诱导兔血小板聚集后TXB2的生成。

Abstract: Objective To study the effects of morroniside on thromboxane B2 in the condition of platelet aggregation in rabbits inducedby adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Methods The level of TXB2 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ResultsCompared with the controls, morroniside significantly inhibited the increase of TXB2 induced by ADP (P<0.001). Conclusion Morronisidecan inhibit the level of TXB2 by inhibiting the platelet aggregation in rabbits induced by ADP.
