早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子表达及运动功能的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Training on Serum Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor Expression and Motor Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要: 目的观察早期康复训练对急性脑梗死患者血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达及运动功能的影响。方法48 例急性脑梗死患者随机分为康复组(n=24)和对照组(n=24),对照组仅采用药物治疗,康复组在此基础上进行早期康复训练。分别于治疗前后检测两组患者血清BDNF 水平,采用Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定(FMA)评价各组运动功能。结果两组患者治疗后血清BDNF表达及FMA 评分均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),康复组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期康复训练有助于促进急性脑梗死患者血清BDNF 表达,改善运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of early rehabilitation training on serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) expressionand motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 48 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly dividedinto rehabilitation group (n=24) and control group (n=24). The control group accepted routine medication, while the rehabilitation group acceptedearly rehabilitation training in addition. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA), and the expression of BDNF in serumwas detected before and after treatment. Results The expression of BDNF and the score of FMA increased significantly after treatmentin both groups (P<0.05), but increased more in the rehabilitation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitationtraining can promote the expression of serum BDNF and recovery of motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
