简易自主呼吸练习对高位脊髓损伤患者肺功能的影响

Effect of Simple Active Respiratory Training on Lung Function for Cervical Spinal Cord Injury

摘要: 目的探讨简易自主呼吸练习对高位脊髓损伤患者肺功能的影响。方法将24 例男性颈髓损伤患者分为对照组(n=14)和治疗组(n=10)。两组均采用常规康复治疗,治疗组另增加简易自主呼吸练习。8 周后比较两组肺功能情况。结果8 周训练后两组最大肺活量(VCmax)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 秒最大呼气量(FEV1)、呼气高峰流量(PEF)和最大通气量(MVV)占预计值的百分比均较训练前有所提高(P<0.05);治疗组肺功能情况较对照组好(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗能够改善高位脊髓损伤患者的肺功能情况,简易自主呼吸练习改善效果更好。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of simple active respiratory training method on lung function for cervical spinal cord injury. Methods 24 male patients with cervical spinal cord injury were divided into two groups, the control group (n=14) and the treatment group (n=10). 2 groups all received the same rehabilitation training, while the treatment group was added simple active respiratory training method. Lung function was assessed after eight-week intervention. Results 2 groups improved in percentage of expected value of maximum vital capacity (VCmax), forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), peak expiratory flow (PEF), and maximal voluntary ventilation (MVV) 8 weeks after the treatment(P<0.05), while the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training can improve lung function of the patients with cervical spinal cord injury, and simple active respiratory training method has better effect.
