摘要： 认知障碍是脑卒中后常见问题之一，影响患者躯体、行为和情绪等诸多方面的康复。西医目前尚无有效的干预手段。本文综述脑卒中后认知功能障碍的中医认识、中药治疗和针灸治疗。

Abstract: Cognitive impairment after stroke is one of the common problems, that affects the physical, behavioural and emotional rehabilitation, etc. There is no effective means of Western medicine. This article reviewed understanding, medication, acupuncture and moxibustion for cognitive impairment in view of Chinese Medicine.
