摘要: 膝骨关节炎是临床上常见的退行性疾病,因其高发病率和致残率而受到广泛关注。对于退行性膝骨关节炎的发病原因和机制,目前研究比较确切的是生物力学的改变对膝骨关节炎的影响。本文从肌力与关节稳定性、膝关节内收力矩、步态、髋踝力线等方面探讨膝骨关节炎的发病机理与临床治疗。

Abstract: Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a commonly encountered degenerative disease in clinic which gets widespread attention due to its high incidence and disability. The biomechanics is a relatively cause of KOA. This paper reviewed the biomechanics from the aspects of articular stability, adduct torque, gait and alignment.
