摘要: 脊髓损伤是一种严重的中枢神经系统创伤。MicroRNA(miRNA)是能够抑制靶基因表达的小分子RNA,在脊髓发育和脊髓损伤等过程相关基因的调节中具有重要作用,可能是促进脊髓损伤后神经修复和再生的治疗性干预新靶点。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a kind of severe central nervous system trauma causing motion and/or sensation dysfunction. MicroRNAs are short non-coding RNAs that suppress the translation of target genes, and play an important role in gene regulation involved in spinal cord development and SCI, which constitute novel targets for therapeutic intervention to promote repair and regeneration.
