神经松动术对腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的疗效

Effect of Nerve Mobilization on Sciatica in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

摘要： 目的观察下肢神经松动术对腰椎间盘突出症坐骨神经痛的疗效。方法46 例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组各23 例。对照组采用常规康复治疗手法，治疗组在此基础上增加下肢神经松动术，1 次/d，共1 个月。于治疗前、后评价患者坐骨神经痛的视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本骨科学会下腰痛评分(JOA)。结果治疗前两组VAS 评分和JOA 评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后，治疗组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.001)，治疗组JOA评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论神经松动术对于改善腰椎间盘突出患者的坐骨神经痛有着明显的疗效。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of nerve mobilization on sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods 46 patients with lumbar disc herniation were divided into treatment group (n=23) and control group (n=23). The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, the treatment group received nerve mobilization everyday in addition for 1 month. The score of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association score (JOA score) were observed before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in the score of VAS and JOA between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). The score of VAS was significantly lower (P<0.001), and the JOA score was significantly higher (P<0.001) in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment. Conclusion The nerve mobilization is effective on sciatica in patients with lumbar disc herniation.
