国际脊髓损伤内分泌和代谢功能基础数据集

摘要: 目的国际脊髓损伤内分泌和代谢功能基础数据集的建立在于提出一个标准化的方法用于收集和报告日常生活中所需的基本内分泌和代谢功能信息,使之符合国际脊髓损伤数据集的目的和要求。方法专家组采用标准化方法根据国际脊髓损伤标准和数据集执行委员会、国际脊髓损伤协会行政和科学委员会、美国脊髓损伤协会理事会和对其有兴趣的组织和学会以及个人的建议,对初始数据进行修订。数据集在国际脊髓损伤协会及美国脊髓损伤协会网站公示2 个月以征集意见。结果此数据集的最终版本包含脊髓损伤前后的内分泌和代谢功能状态诊断的诸多问题。如付诸应用,脊髓损伤患者伤前信息只需采集一次,而伤后信息可随时采集。结论学习并使用此数据集有助于促进脊髓损伤人群的内分泌和代谢功能基础数据收集和报告的一致性,便于评价和比较各项有关脊髓损伤后内分泌和代谢功能研究的结果。

Abstract: Objective To develop the International Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Endocrine and Metabolic Function Basic Data Set within the framework of the International SCI Data Sets that would facilitate consistent collection and reporting of basic endocrine and metabolic findings in the SCI population. Methods The International SCI Endocrine and Metabolic Function Data Set was developed by a working group. The initial data set document was revised on the basis of suggestions from members of the Executive Committee of the International SCI Standards and Data Sets, the International Spinal Cord Society (ISCoS) Executive and Scientific Committees, American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) Board, other interested organizations and societies, and individual reviewers. In addition, the data set was posted for 2 months on ISCoS and ASIA websites for comments. Results The final International SCI Endocrine and Metabolic Function Data Set contains questions on the endocrine and metabolic conditions diagnosed before and after spinal cord injury. If available, information collected before injury is to be obtained only once, whereas information after injury may be collected at any time. Conclusion By studying and using the International Spinal Cord Injury Endocrine and Metabolic Function Basic Data Set, it is helpful for the consistency of the collection of information of endocrine and metabolic function of patients with spinal cord injury in our country, it will make it possible to evaluate and compare results from various published studies of endocrine and metabolic dysfunction.
