核心控制训练在小儿脑性瘫痪中的应用

摘要: 目的探讨核心控制训练对脑瘫患儿运动功能的影响。方法40 例脑瘫患儿分为对照组(n=20)和治疗组(n=20),对照组采用常规综合康复治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上增加核心控制训练。治疗前后采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM-88)进行评定。结果治疗3 个月后,两组患儿GMFM-88 评分较治疗前显著提高(P<0.001),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组GMFM-88 评分提高值显著优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论核心控制训练能有效提高脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of core control training on gross motor function for children with cerebral palsy. Methods 40 cases were divided into 2 groups, 20 cases in each group. The control group accepted comprehensive rehabilitation, and the treatment group accepted core control training in addition. They were assessed with Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM-88) before and 3 months after treatment. Results The score of GMFM-88 increased in both groups after treatment (P<0.001), and increased more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.05). The difference of GMFM-88 score was more in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Core control training can improve gross motor function for the children with cerebral palsy.
