摘要： 缺血性脑卒中导致脑损伤的机制非常复杂。目前临床除溶栓治疗外，还没有有效的治疗方法，而且它的治疗时间窗窄，因此亟需根据药物特异的治疗靶点和有效治疗时间窗发展新的疗法，改善脑缺血，促进神经功能恢复。本文对近期缺血性脑卒中的病理机制、药物治疗及有效治疗时间窗的研究进展进行总结。

Abstract: The pathways of brain injury caused by ischemic stroke are complicated. Due to those largely ineffective current therapeutic strategies, the development of new and efficient therapeutic interventions is clearly needed. This article summarized the progress in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke, the drugs for treatment and the therapeutic time window.
