半导体激光结合电脑中频电疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效

Effects of Semiconductor Laser and Medium Frequency Electrotherapy on Post-herpes Neuralgia

摘要： 目的探讨半导体激光照射结合中频电疗治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法将95 例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为治疗组(n=48)和对照组(n=47)，对照组口服维生素B1、甲钴胺，治疗组在此基础上采用半导体激光照射及电脑中频电疗。10 d 后根据患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较两组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈16 例，显效20 例；对照组痊愈6 例，显效15 例，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(Z=3.393, P=0.001)。结论半导体激光结合电脑中频电疗能有效治疗PHN。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the efficacy of semiconductor laser and medium frequency electrotherapy on post-herpes neuralgia (PHN). Methods 95 patients with PHN were divided into treatment group (n=48) and control group (n=47). The control group accepted vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin, and the treatment group accepted semiconductor laser and medium frequency electrotherapy in addition. The efficacy were compared based on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of pain before and after treatment. Results There were 16 patients cured and 20 improved in the treatment group, while 6 cured and 15 improved in the control group (Z=3.393, P=0.001). Conclusion Semiconductor laser and medium frequency electrotherapy is effective on PHN.
