摘要: 腱骨连接是末端区的主要结构。环氧化酶-2/前列腺素E2与磷脂酰肌醇-3 激酶/Akt在应力作用下反应活跃,并在腱骨连接各区都有相应表达,已有研究提示其与腱骨连接相关部位发病机理有着重要联系。

Abstract: Osteotendinous junction (OTJ) is the main structure of tendinopathy. Cyclooxygenase-2/prostaglandin E2 (COX-2/PGE2) and phosphoinositide-3 kinase (PI3K)/Akt is active under the stress, and expresses in OTJ. This article summarized the role of these two signaling pathways in OTJ.
