摘要: 嗅觉系统存在着增殖活跃、持续发生并定向分化及迁移的大量神经干细胞,以适应不断变化的周围环境。而临床发现一些神经退行性疾患如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病的早期均有明显的嗅觉障碍。近年,空气污染与嗅觉障碍的关系备受关注。本文介绍该领域的部分研究进展。

Abstract: There are a large amount of neural stem cells in the olfactory system which have an active proliferation, ongoing and directional differentiation and migration in order to adapt to the changing environment. The clinical findings showed that the early stages of some neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease all presented dysosmia. In recent years, the relationship between air pollution and dysosmia attracts public concerns. This article introduced some research progresses in this field.
