摘要： 本文综述针刺对中枢神经系统结构与功能的影响。针刺治疗脑瘫能有效改善其运动功能和学习记忆能力，作用机制非常复杂，涉及脑血流量、病理形态学、能量代谢、自由基代谢、细胞凋亡、突触联系、神经营养因子表达等方面。

关键词: 脑性瘫痪, 针刺, 动物实验, 综述

Abstract: This article reviewed the effects of acupuncture on structure and function of central nervous system (CNS). Acupuncture is effective on motor function and ability of learning and memory. The mechanism is complex, including cerebral blood flow, pathomorphism,energy metabolism, free radicals metabolism, cell apoptosis, synaptic connections, and expression of neurotrophic factor, etc.
