摘要: 哺乳动物细胞内microRNAs (miRNAs)的发现使对疾病研究的重点转向转录后调节机制方面。在心血管系统中发现多种miRNAs与动脉粥样硬化病的发生发展密切相关。本文从动脉粥样硬化各大学说板块的角度,综述miRNAs在动脉粥样硬化发病机制中的作用和进展。

Abstract: The discovery of microRNAs (miRNAs) in mammalian cells has renewed the focus on posttranscriptional regulatory mechanisms during pathogenesis. The studies have showed that miRNAs play a key role in atherosclerosis development and progress, and were reviewed in this paper.
