摘要: 脊髓损伤康复是康复医学的重要组成部分。脊髓损伤专业研究生的临床教学具有一定的复杂性和特殊性。研究生本身学不得法及不重视基础是影响脊髓损伤专业研究生临床教学质量的主要因素。另外带教老师专业水平不足,所具有的专业知识结构不能满足相应的教学要求,也会大大影响脊髓损伤专业临床研究生的带教质量。临床教师要综合考虑带教对象的专业背景、临床实际水平、学位层次等,制定个体化的带教方案。在脊髓损伤专业研究生临床教学实践中,教研科室应逐步完善软硬件配置;临床教师需不断加强自身学习,提高业务和教学水平;临床轮转研究生也应根据自身实际情况,及时改变和创新学习方法。

Abstract: Spinal cord injury rehabilitation is an important part of rehabilitation medicine. The clinical education of graduates in spinal cord injury specialty is complex and unique. The graduates' incorrect learning methods and poor academic basis are dominant factors that will influence the teaching quality. And the teachers' poor professional knowledge will lead to the failing of meeting the requirements of clinical teaching and will influence the teaching quality. The teachers should make individualized teaching plan based on the student's academic background, clinical basis and degree level. In clinical practice, the teaching departments should improve their hardware and software condition. The clinical teachers should try to improve their professional level and teaching skills by intensifying the self-education. The graduate students should make modification and innovation in learning methods according to their own problems.
