摘要: 目的探讨以问题为基础的学习法(PBL)在日常生活技能与环境改造教学中应用的效果。方法对两组学生分别采用改良PBL(实验班,n=35)和传统教学方法(对照班,n=37)进行教学,比较两班学生期末考试成绩,并对学生进行问卷调查。结果实验班学生期末考试成绩优于对照班(P≤0.05)。多数学生赞同PBL。结论PBL能有效地提高作业疗法专业的教学质量。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Problem- based Learning (PBL) applied in the course of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Skills and Environmental Adaptations. Methods PBL (PBL class) and traditional teaching (traditional class) were applied in different classes. Their scores of the final examination were compared, and the students were investigated with the questionnaire. Results The scores of final examination were higher in the PBL class than that in the traditional class (P<0.05). Most of the students accepted the PBL in the course. Conclusion PBL can improve the quality of teaching of occupational therapy.
