摘要： ISO 26000 《社会责任指南》国际标准的发布，体现了社会责任的理念已获得国际共识。每个组织都应积极履行社会责任，使作为社会中弱势群体的残疾人能够充分平等地参与到社会生活中。本文介绍了ISO 26000 标准的基本架构，针对7 个核心主题中与残疾人事业联系较密切的人权、劳工实践、消费者问题3 个主题，探讨ISO 26000 《社会责任指南》标准在残疾人工作中的应用。

Abstract: ISO 26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility shows that the concept of social responsibility has become common knowledge of international society. It is the social responsibilities of every organization to make the disabled persons, one of the vulnerable group in our society, participate in social life fully and actively. This article introduced the basic structure of ISO 26000, discussed 3 of 7 core subjects in ISO 26000: human rights, labour practices and consumer issues, which are closely contacted with disabled people.
