热射病大鼠的学习记忆功能研究

Learning and Memory Function of Rats after Heat Stroke

摘要: 目的观察热射病对大鼠的学习记忆功能的影响。方法Sprague-Dawley 大鼠60 只,随机分为热射病组(n=44)、手术对照组(n=8)、正常对照组(n=8)。建立热射病大鼠模型。造模7 d 后行Morris 水迷宫试验。前5 d 记录逃避潜伏期;第6 天去除平台,记录大鼠穿越平台的次数与在目标象限的停留时间。结果热射病组死亡16 只。热射病组大鼠逃避潜伏期较其他两组延长(P<0.05),目标象限停留时间及经过平台次数减少(P<0.05)。结论热射病大鼠的学习记忆能力明显减退。

Abstract: Objective To observe the learning and memory function of rats after heat stroke. Methods 60 Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into heat stroke group (n=44), sham group (n=8) and control group (n=8). They were tested with the Morris Water Maze 7 days after modeling. The escaping latency was recorded in the first 5 days, and it was recorded with frequency crossing the platform area and the duration in the target quadrant after ridding the platform on the 6th day. Results 16 rats died in the heat stroke group after modeling. The escaping latency increased (P<0.05), and the cumulative duration in the target quadrant and the frequency of crossing the previous platform decreased (P<0.05) in the heat stroke group compared with the other groups. Conclusion The learning and memory ability is impaired after heat stroke in rats.
