摘要: 骨关节炎是发生在老年人群和运动员中的常见疾病。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)是应力敏感分子,在骨关节炎发生和发展过程中具有重要作用,与软骨细胞凋亡和软骨细胞外基质降解存在密切联系。本文综述近年来骨关节炎和MAPKs家族蛋白相关的研究。

Abstract: Osteoarthritis (OA) is a common disease among elders and athletes. Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) are molecules of stress sensitivity which play a significant role in the occurrence and development of OA. MAPKs are closely related with chondrocyte apoptosis and cartilage degradation. This paper reviewed the related studies between OA and MAPKs.
