脊髓损伤致脑部结构功能重塑的机制研究进展

摘要: 近几十年随着电生理学和神经影像学技术的发展,研究者发现脊髓损伤后不仅脊髓本身发生病理变化,还可引起脑内结构和功能改变。本文从脊髓损伤引起脑部神经细胞变性、脑内神经营养因子变化、脑内结构和功能重塑及其常用药物治疗的影响几个方面,综述脊髓损伤对脑内结构和功能重塑的影响和可能的机制。

Abstract: In recent decades, with the development of electrophysiological and neuroimaging techniques, the researchers found that spinal cord injury (SCI) not only caused pathological changes in the spinal cord, but also in the brain. This paper reviewed the influence of SCI on the structure and function of the brain in terms of brain neuron degeneration caused by SCI, the changes of neurotrophic factor in brain, and the side-effects of medicine.
