摘要: 弥散张量成像技术是一种非侵袭性的MRI技术,能够识别传统CT和MRI难以发现的脑微观结构改变,特别是神经纤维束的变化和方向,可以从评估、恢复机制、预后等方面量化反应神经束的结构和连续性,应用于脑卒中后运动、语言和认知方面。

Abstract: Diffusion tensor imaging is a non-invasive MRI technique which can identify changes of cerebral microstructure that CT and MRI is difficult to find, especially in the change of nerve fibers direction, which can be used for the researches of evaluation, recovery mechanism and prognosis of neurology. It has been applied in rehabilitation of motor, language and recognition of post-stroke patients.
