中国医院内言语治疗师执业现状调查

Investigation for Practice of Speech Therapists in Chinese Hospitals

摘要： 目的 调查我国不同等级医院言语治疗师(ST)的现状。方法 采用问卷调查法，对我国30个省、自治区、直辖市457家不同等级医院 ST的知识结构、康复工作情况及 ST认证相关情况进行调查。结果 共发出问卷 685份，回收 663份，有效问卷657份。不同地区 ST在不同等级医院分布有非常高度显著性差异(P<0.001)，大城市倾向于集中在三级医院；在学历、专业背景、资格证书、聘用性质、从事 ST工作时间、ST兼职现象、年收入方面，不同等级医院 ST有显著性差异(P<0.05)，三级医院一般较优；服务对象前 4 位为构音障碍(91.3%)、吞咽障碍(84.7%)、神经性语言障碍(73.6%)、语言发育迟缓(52.7%)。结论 要加大二级、一级医院言语康复工作的扶持力度，有效地发挥言语治疗在康复事业中的作用。

Abstract: Objective To observe the practice of speech therapists (ST) in various grades hospitals in China. Methods Speech therapists of 457 hospitals of various grades in 30 provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities were investigated with self-developed questionnaire. Results 657 valid questionnaires were returned among 685 questionnaires. The distribution of speech therapists in grades of hospitals was varied with the size of cities (P<0.001), which was concentrated in the grade 3 hospitals in the large cities. For the degree of education, professional background, qualification certificate, employment nature, work time, part-time work, and annual income of the speech therapists, it was varied with the grades of hospitals (P<0.05), which trended to be better in the grade 3 hospitals. The first 4 subjects the speech therapists dealt were dysarthria (91.3%), dysphagia (84.7%), aphasia (73.6%) and language development delay (52.7%). Conclusion It is important to support the practice of speech therapists, especially in grade 1 or 2 hospitals in order to match with the international standards.
