摘要: 缺血缺氧性脑损伤是围生期窒息的严重并发症。丰富环境是促进感觉、认知及行为能力提高的居住条件。丰富坏境能在行为学、形态学及分子生物学三个层面促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤的修复。丰富环境可能通过调控各种因子的分泌与释放,增强突触可塑性,诱导神经元再生,抑制其凋亡,促进缺血缺氧性脑损伤后行为学及形态学的改变。

Abstract: Hypoxic-ischemic brain damage is a serious complication of perinatal asphyxia. Enriched environment is the living conditions for the promotion of feeling, cognition and behavior. Enriched environment may promote the repairing of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in term of praxiology, morphology and molecular biology, that enriched environment may regulate the secretion and release of various factors, and enhance synaptic plasticity, induce neuron regeneration, inhibit its apoptosis, and result in ethological and morphological recovery.
