摘要： 近年来心脑之间的相互关系越来越受到人们关注。“心脑一体” 的概念也逐渐形成。所谓心脑一体主要体现在心、脑两个器官在生理和病理方面的相互作用。以神经体液系统为基础，交感神经系统和肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统参与心脑的调节。回顾中国古代文献，最重要的事情可能是心、脑对认知和行为的共同作用，这在现代科学体系中仅仅属于大脑的功能。几个近期的研究结果支持中国古代学者的观点。

Abstract: The interaction between heart and brain has drawn more and more attention in recent years. The concept of heart-brain integration has been gradually established, which means the interaction in physiology and pathology between the two organs. On the basis of nerve-fluid system, sympathetic nervous system and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAs) are involved in the modulation of heart and brain. As review of the ancient literature of China, heart and brain were considered as the organs of cognition and behavior, which are the functions of only brain from modern science. Several recent researches supported the opinions of ancient Chinese scholars in some ways.
