摘要: 重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)及 Theta节律刺激(TBS)是用于改变皮层兴奋性、诱导或增强突触可塑性的一种安全无创的方法,有助于脑卒中后运动功能的恢复。本文从rTMS对脑卒中患者运动功能康复的个体化治疗方案、TBS较rTMS的优势、TBS的作用机制及临床应用等方面进行综述。

Abstract: As a safe and noninvasive therapy, repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and theta burst stimulation (TBS) are used to change the cortical excitability, and induce or enhance neural plasticity, which can promote the recovery of motor function after stroke. This paper summarized the individual treatment of rTMS on motor function of stroke patients, the advantages of TBS compared with rTMS, and the mechanisms and clinical application of TBS.
