摘要: 神经受损后,靶肌肉会不可避免地出现失神经性萎缩。按照神经损伤的来源,可将失神经性肌萎缩分为外源性失神经肌萎缩和内源性失神经肌萎缩。目前外源性失神经肌萎缩动物模型的制备方法主要包括手术制备、物理因素制备和化学因素制备,内源性失神经肌萎缩则多以肌萎缩侧索硬化症的转基因动物作为模型。选择和优化动物模型,使其更加契合临床的病理机制,是进行基础研究的关键。

Abstract: The skeletal muscle atrophy could be induced by the injury of nerve. According to the source of denervated skeletal muscle atrophy, it could be divided into exogenous muscle atrophy and endogenous muscle atrophy. In recent years, the exogenous muscle atrophy models are mainly established by operating, physically injuring or chemically injuring, while the endogenous muscle atrophy models are mainly established by the transgenic animals of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. The selection and optimazation of animal models are crucial for the basic studies of denervated skeletal muscle atrophy.
