摘要:
重复经颅磁刺激可改变脑卒中患者皮质兴奋性、改善吞咽功能。早期可采用90%~130%静息运动阈值(rMT)强度的高频刺激,恢复期采用100%~130% rMT强度、脉冲总数为1200的低频刺激;双侧刺激的效果优于单侧刺激。
