摘要:
评估平衡功能主要有临床观察法、量表测试法和仪器测量。功能性伸展测试测评简便,可在立位和坐位下进行;但读取量尺误差较大。为此,学者们设计出新的移动量尺和惯性传感器加以解决。影响测试结果的因素还包括运动策略、年龄、运动效率、目标导向、单双臂、人体特征、测试次数及其他。未来可利用肌电图与惯性传感器相互结合的方式,测试动员的肌肉种类和肌力变化,并对影响测试结果的因素进行探讨。
