摘要: 目的 探讨运动对糖尿病前期患者和糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 检索PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方等数据库2014年至2019年9月运动干预糖尿病前期和糖尿病的相关文献。追溯检索纳入文献的参考文献。结果结论 运动以及运动结合饮食等,对糖尿病前期患者有明确疗效。运动种类包括有氧运动、抗阻运动和高强度间歇训练(HIIT),它们对血糖、胰岛素抵抗、血脂、血管内皮功能、脑的葡萄糖代谢、脑乳酸代谢都有正面影响。对于糖尿病患者,HIIT省时、高效、依从性好,与持续中等强度训练一样,可降低空腹血糖,降低糖化血红蛋白,改善胰岛素抵抗等。

Abstract: Results and Conclusion Exercise or exercise combined with diet is surely effective on pre-diabetes patients. The types of exercise include aerobic exercise, resistance exercise and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which may work well for blood glucose, insulin resistance, blood lipids, vascular endothelial function, brain glucose metabolism and brain lactic acid metabolism, etc. HIIT is time-saving, high-efficiency and well-compliance for diabetic patients in fasting blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and insulin resistance.Objective To investigate the efficacy of exercise on patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes. Methods Literatures about exercise intervention for pre-diabetes and diabetes from September, 2014 to September, 2019 were searched from PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang databases, and the references included were traced back.
