摘要:
心理压力对自主神经功能有负面影响,与多种慢性疾病、功能障碍的发生发展相关。冥想、瑜伽和太极拳等基于正念的干预训练能缓解心理压力,调节自主神经功能,可能与正念训练对高级皮质功能和交感-副交感神经张力再平衡有积极影响有关。
