摘要:
目的 探索基于语言任务的任务态功能磁共振成像(fMRI)在神经精神疾病领域应用的研究现状和前沿热点。
方法 检索建库至2023年11月12日中国知网、维普数据库和Web of Science Core Collection数据库中有关语言任务的任务态fMRI应用于神经精神疾病领域的文献。采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer进行可视化分析。
结果 共纳入91篇文献。自2002年起,基于语言任务的任务态fMRI在神经精神疾病研究领域应用的研究比较稳定,主要涉及脑卒中、脑肿瘤、癫痫、精神分裂症等神经精神疾病的诊治和大脑功能连接等主题。研究热点包括失语症恢复机制、脑功能改变、功能连接和语言偏侧性等。心理学、教育学和社会学期刊在其中起核心作用,神经病学等基础学科对技术发展也有贡献。
结论 基于语言任务的任务态fMRI在揭示大脑在神经精神疾病状态下如何处理语言的机制方面显示出巨大潜力。
