目的 分析近10年产后盆底康复研究的现状、热点及前沿趋势。
方法 检索2016年1月1日至2025年6月30日中国知网、万方数据库、维普、Web of Science核心合集、PubMed和Scopus中产后盆底康复相关文献,采用CiteSpace 6.2.R4进行可视化分析。
结果 共纳入1 331篇文献,其中中文文献810篇,英文文献521篇。英文文献发文量呈上升趋势。中国、美国和挪威发文量领先。中文文献发文量于2023年后下降。中、英文文献关键词分别形成41和51个聚类,整合为4个核心领域:疾病类型、危险因素、康复干预技术和疗效评价指标。中文文献多聚焦临床应用和技术整合,英文文献侧重于机制探索和精准干预。
结论 近10年产后盆底康复研究呈持续发展趋势,中、英文文献研究重点分化明显。
