摘要: 目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对体外培养新生牛视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞生长周期的影响。方法采用流式细胞仪测定bFGF4ng/ml作用下,不同时间RPE细胞的细胞周期情况。结果bFGF组与对照组比较,两组细胞各周期比例随时间变化趋势相同且同步,但bFGF组的变化幅度均大于对照组。结论bFGF可以促进新生牛RPE细胞自G1期进入S期,从而促进细胞增殖。

Abstract: ObjectiveTo observe the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on growth period of cultured bovine retinal pigment epithelium cells in different durations.MethodsDifferent proportion of phase with 4 ng/ml bFGF were measured by Flow Cytometry (FCM) assay.ResultsbFGF increased the RPE cells' proportion of phase S and decreased the proportion of phase G0-G1. ConclusionbFGF can stimulate RPE cells from phase G1 to phase S.
