摘要: 轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常老化和痴呆之间的过渡阶段。MCI患者的主要特征是情景记忆损害,而海马结构在情景记忆的过程中扮演重要角色。因此,对海马区域结构及功能变化的检测将是早期诊断MCI的关键。本文就近年关于MCI的海马磁共振成像研究进展做简要综述。

Abstract: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia. The main characteristic of the patients with MCI is the impairment of episodic memory in which hippocampus plays an important role. Therefore, the detection of structural and functional changes of hippocampus will be the key to early diagnosis of MCI. This paper presents a brief overview of recent study about hippocampal magnetic resonance imaging of MIC.
