摘要: 视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)是一种由肝脏合成、存在于血液循环中的脂肪细胞因子。它与糖尿病大血管并发症的发生密切相关,同时也可能促进了糖尿病微血管病变的发生和发展。本文概述RBP4 的结构和功能,及其与冠心病、动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病视网膜病变关系的研究进展。

Abstract: Retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4), synthesized in the liver, is an adipocytokine existing in the circulation. It is closely related to the incidence of macrovascular complications of diabetes. It also promotes the occurrence and development of diabetic microangiopathy. This paper summarized the progress in the field about the structure and function of RBP4, RBP4 and coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis, as well as RBP4 and diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy.
