摘要:
目的 对经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)应用于脑卒中康复的相关研究进行可视化分析。
方法 检索Web of Science核心合集和中国知网自建库至2023年3月31日收录的tDCS用于脑卒中康复研究的相关文献,采用CiteSapce 6.2.R2软件绘制学科、发文量、国家、关键词以及共被引的可视化图谱。
结果 共纳入英文文献732篇,中文文献322篇,年发文量均呈上升趋势。英文发文量最多的国家是美国,被引频次最高的期刊是Stroke。较高关注度的关键词为虚拟现实、上肢、经颅磁刺激等。共被引文献的聚类词有失语症、稳态可塑性、运动恢复等。
结论 tDCS用于脑卒中康复领域的研究热度逐年提升,研究方向呈现出多元化趋势。研究热点包括脑卒中后运动、言语功能的恢复,以及与其他治疗手段(如重复经颅磁刺激、针刺等)的联合应用。未来tDCS与脑机接口、虚拟现实等新康复手段的结合,以及选择个性化刺激参数构建以患者为中心的tDCS模型,可能是该领域的研究趋势。
