Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) cycle on improving physical function after breast cancer surgery. Methods 110 patients after breast cancer surgery were divided into control group and experimental group with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the experimental group received PDCA cycle nursing care. Results The heights of finger climbing wall activities of the experimental group were higher than the control group. The hospitalization time of experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.01). The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management can improve the physical function of patients after breast cancer surgery, and reduce the complication rate.
